Country: Pakistan Project: National Immunization Support Project (NISP) Project No: P132308 Project Reference No.: E01-1C/01-W13-NISP The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has recently signed Project with the 'World Bank' for supporting its National Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI). The development objective of the project is to increase equitable coverage of services for immunization against vaccine preventable diseases (VPD), including poliomyelitis, for children between 0 and 23 months in Pakistan. The project has five implementing units, Federal EPI for Federating areas and four provincial EPI for the respective Provinces. Federal Expanded Programme on Immunization invites the following eligible Individuals ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the below mentioned services for the National Immunization Support Project (NISP). Interested Consultants should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the indicated services.
No. 1 Position Title Financial Management Specialist Number of Position: 5 Location: 1. Islamabad (Federal EPI) 2. Lahore (DHS-EPI, Punjab) 3. Karachi (EPI- Sindh) 4. Quetta (EPI- Baluchistan) 5.Peshawar (EPI- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) Qualification & Experience The candidate should at least have: o Nationally/ internationally recognized Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/ICMA) or MS degree in finance and accounting. o 5 years' relevant experience in financial management, audit or accounts, after acquiring stipulated qualifications. o Prior experience of donor funded and public sector projects will be accorded due weightage. o Demonstrated Computer Skill (Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). 1 Procurement Specialist No: of Positional Location: 1. Islamabad (Federal EPI) The candidate should at least have: o An advanced degree (16 years of education) in a suitable discipline or field of study, preferably in Business studies, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commerce etc. o At least ten (10) years' experience after acquiring stipulated qualification in the field of Procurement and Contract Administration. o Demonstrated experience with procurement of goods, and consultancies preferably, in the public sector o Excellent writing and communications as evidenced by a body of written work, o Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
