M.A/MSc.(at least Second Division) from a recognized University, plus 20 years Administration / Teaching experience in Grade-17 .& above in public sector (with at least 02 years in BPS-20 on management & administrative posts). OR Retired ARMY colonel or ARMY officer of colonel status having the required educational qualification and experience from the education. corps. Age: 40-50 years.
