Major Responsibilities: • Overseeing the business development function. • Preparation of Revenue Generation Plan, its approval and implementation by taking all the stakeholders on board. • Supervising team of revenue office personnel, giving them collection targets, devising collection plans and ensuring that collection targets are met. • Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (`SOPS') for all the activities which should include but not limited to: o Revenue collection streams o Commercial and industrial users o Housing societies/cooperatives o Institutions, Universities, Hospitals, Hotels and Restaurants o Tipping charges o Restructuring Billing & Collection Mechanism • Cleaning services to different organizations like Punjab Mass-transit Authority (`PMA'), Lahore Ring Road Authority (`LRRA'), Vegetable & Fruit Markets, etc. • Attendance system falling under his purview • Follow up of receivables and ensuring timely collection Qualification: Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in the field of Business Management/ Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
