Applications are invited for the following posts in Public Private Partnership (PPP) Node being established in Transport and Mass Transit Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi:

Brief Job Description • Provide technical guidance to the Secretary on development of policy, laws and regulations relating to Transport, Mass Transit project in the Sindh Province • Assist the Secretary in development of Transport sector regulatory regime including but not limited to Public Transport 1 Mass Transit System, Intercity Bus Operation, Intercity Bus Terminals land use re-structuring for revenue generation along
BRT Corridors, Motor Vehicle Inspection and Driving Training School etc. in the Sindh Province • Identify potential projects for development by the Government or under PPP and selection and monitoring of consultants, contractors and I or developers I private partners • Carry out technical review of proposals of transport projects • Help evaluate technical aspects of potential transport projects • Represent the Transport and Mass Transit Department GoS at various forums • Provide expert guidance and coordinate with relevant authorities on Transport Sector Projects • Research and recommend to the Senior management, various options for transport and mass transit solutions • Any other assignment as may be assigned by the Secretary Experience: At least 10 years verifiable and relevant experience in Transport and Mass Transit Projects, Application of Project Management Tools and Techniques including Primavera Software. Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years with sound health
