Applications are invited for recruitment of Consultants in Punjab AIDS Control Program, Governme,punjab nt of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department to be recruited on merit and contract basis initially for a period of six months. The candidates fulfilling the required age, qualification and
experience Sr. 1. as mentioned Designation Chief Consultant below may No. of Posts 1 apply: Qualification & Experience PhD in Bioengineering or Bioinformatics. At least three years of software design and development experience as well as bioinformatics data analysis Research Profile: Track record in computational modelling and analysis with at least 5 international publications Computing Facility: An in-house facility for high performance computing including data storage and analysis software 2 Senior Consultant 1 PhD in Public Health of Epidemiology. At least five years of experience in Public Health or Microbiology. Track record in epidemiological studies with at least 10 international publications. An in-house facility for storing and testing patient samples 3 Engineering and Development Consultant 4 BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering / Bioinformatics / Biology. At least one year of experience in software development and data analysis in Health Bioinformatics or Systems Biology. Reasonable knowledge of biomolecular data analysis tools and software 4 Consultant Junior Molecular biologist 4 BS in Microbiology / Molecular biology / Biotechnology. At least one year of experience in Molecular biology techniques. 5 Junior Microbiologist 2 BS/ MSc. in Microbiology. At least Two years of Work experience in molecular techniques / microbiology techniques will be preferred.
