As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft fiir Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in
achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development' The WET Reform Support Programme is funded by the European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Royal Norwegian Embassy. The Programme has been commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is being implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in close collaboration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) as well as provincial Technical Education and Vocational Training Authorities (TEVTAs) and private sector organizations. The Programme is seeking a suitable candidate for the following Quetta-based iosition; Job title: Technical Advisor Fund Implementation (Reference No TVET-III 2017/011)
Qualifications and Experience: • Master degree in Statistics, Social Science, Education, Economics, TVET or other relevant field • At least 5 years of profound professional experience in educa-tion or professional training or other relevant field • At least 3 years experience in the development cooperation, preferably in the NET sector • At least 3 years experience in advising public and/or private organizations • Extensive experience in project management cycle • Experience in working with international development partners • Excellent English and Urdu communication and writing skills • Very good working skills of information and communication technologies (e.g. MS Office)
